Our Guarantee

Satisfied customers are what make us the premier gallery site. We at Drawourlife are so certain that you will be pleased with your painting that we can offer you a money-back guarantee. Here’s what our guarantee includes:

Photo Painting

At the time you review the painting for shipping, we will be happy to modify the painting until you are 100% satisfied with the results.

If your painting arrives damaged, contact us at service@drawourlife.com. We will either repair the damage or, if the damage cannot be fixed, we will make you a new painting free of charge.

If the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new painting at absolutely no charge to you.

If the frame you ordered with your painting arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it with a new one.

You are asked to pay ONLY 20% of the full price when you place your order. When the painting is ready you will have the opportunity to approve the results before shipping. The 20% is non-refundable.

Quality Control Process- Custom Paintings

Our process has several steps:

When we receive a photo from you we first review it to ensure that its resolution is high enough and that it is clear enough, so that our painters can see its details. If it doesn't meet our requirements, we will contact you immediately so you can either upload another photo instead or have your initial payment refunded.

When we have finished turning your photo into a painting, we first check it in our gallery, to see that its quality meets our high standards. If it doesn't, we send it back for modification or even complete repainting.

We then take a photo of the painting and let you review it online so you can either confirm it or ask for modifications.

When requesting modifications, please try to be as clear and specific as possible.

We will be happy to modify the painting accordingly and post it so that you may review it again.

We only ship the painting to you when you are completely satisfied with it.
